All polymer clay jewelry by Seelestia is one-of-a-kind. The polymer clay beads and acrylic-painted beads are created by the artist. The painted beads quite freqently will have at least 5 layers of paint in order to provide depth and intentional texture. The painted pendants have sometimes 10 layers of paint to provide the desired depth and luminosity. All beads are a protected with a mat or gloss varnish.

Necklaces are hand-knotted (unless otherwise specified),which provides strength, and though all thread strung necklaces will stretch a little, knotting between the beads distributes weight more evenly around the piece thus guarding against stretching. Should the thread be broken, knotting also guards against the loss of more than a minimum of beads and preserves the overall integrity of design for reknotting.

All clasps are crafted by the artist of hammered sterling silver.

Should an individual have their own beads or would like a necklace designed for them, Seelestia is available for specialty orders.

Seelestia will also reknot necklaces not crafted by Seelestia for $45.00 an hour. Should any necklaces purchased from Seelestia break, they are reknotted for free.
